Leadership Development

Business Design Teams (BDT) offer an innovative approach to executive forums and leadership development programs. The goal of BDT is to provide a structured, team approach for leaders to tackle strategic challenges and opportunities facing their organizations. The BDT program combines these strategic challenges with related executive-level "leadership essentials" training to develop strong strategic leaders. This business strategy/leadership development combination positions leaders to drive high performance in a complex business environment.

BDT teams are comprised of executives and key leaders from non-competing businesses who are comparable in product offering, business maturity, and size. Meeting frequency is determined up front by the team and meetings generally devote two-thirds of the allotted time to working on business strategy and one-third to leadership development.

ISG provides the resources and tools throughout the program as well as monthly coaching to assist members with the practical application of the topics discussed in the program.
