Michael Tedder, Partner—Business Planning and Development

Michael is an expert in business strategy and planning, complex mergers and acquisitions, and business financial planning. He has twenty years experience structuring and implementing strategic ventures and projects for a wide range of clients. Prior to joining ISG, Michael led business development and growth efforts for a regional cooperative and worked closely with progressive local cooperatives, independent grain and livestock companies, and cooperative suppliers.

Thomas McCoy, Partner—Employee Compensation, Motivation, and Development Programs

Thomas McCoy is an authority in employee engagement, performance measurement, and incentive systems. Working in the U.S., Europe, and South America, Tom developed his expertise in management with major U.S. corporations and as a consultant. He has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, quoted in Newsweek, and taught a continuing education course at George Washington University. He designed a two-day seminar on Creating a High Performance Culture sponsored by the American Management Association. He has authored two books on the topic of human resources utilization: "Compensation and Motivation", and "Creating an Open-Book Organization".

Doug Wood, Partner—System and Process Optimization

Doug Wood specializes in Lean, quality systems, data and intelligence analysis, systems modeling and office productivity. He is a Certified Quality Engineer and Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence, Six Sigma Black Belt, and SME Lean Bronze Certification. He is the author of "The Executive Guide to Understanding and Implementing Quality Cost Programs." Doug has published numerous articles and regularly teaches performance measurement, data analysis, lean and six sigma, and quality systems classes. An industrial engineer by trade, Doug has extensive corporate experience working for Fortune 500 and internationally known private companies.

Kathy Hunter, Director—Customer Acquisition and Retention Strategies

Kathy’s expertise in customer insights, business and marketing strategy, and product development was an exciting addition to the ISG team. Her professional background of over twenty years includes product and marketing leadership roles in both corporate and entrepreneurial companies. Kathy successfully developed and managed product offerings and national marketing strategies for a Fortune 100 company for much of her career. Her recent entrepreneurial experience included the creation of business and marketing strategies for new, innovative consumer services in the marketplace.

Sue Martin, Director of Business Analysis

Sue is a specialist in business analysis. She plays a critical role at ISG in the facilitation and collection of assessment data and the translation of that data into meaningful business results for companies. Her experience includes positions as Controller, Director of Internal Audit and CFO for small to mid-sized companies.
